Saturday, October 25 & Sunday, October 26 Each year on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, families pay respects to their ancestors, caring for gravesites and presenting joss paper and paper garments as acts of remembrance. It’s a day of reflection and togetherness, honoring heritage and the bonds that connect generations. Come share the tradition at Skylawn Memorial Park’s Chung Yeung Festival, October 25–26, with cultural performances, food, and community celebrations. Place your loved one's name on our virtual Wall of Honor or come to the park to add the names of your departed loved ones to the physical wall we have built for the celebration.
